Cantina Romantica at The Rex Ranch is pleased that Chef Darling calls the ranch "home."

Take this opportunity to indulge yourself. European gourmet cuisine is served with unique Southwestern flavors. The Cantina Romantica dining room and Chef Darling's lovingly prepared meals will enchant you. His talent and abilities complement to perfection the philosophies of The Rex Ranch.

Fine Dining, open to ranch guests and the public, Wednesday through Sunday 5:30 - 9:00 p.m. during high season.
