These are a sample of the entrée selections available. Chef Stephanie Leonard will be glad to work with your group to design a menu customized to your particular group’s needs.

Tier 1 - $23.00 per person

1) Chef's Selection of Fresh Fish
Trout, Red Snapper, Flounder, Halibut
Served with one of the following sauces:
Lemon Dill Butter, Mango Salsa, Salsa Butter, Santa Cruz
Chile Sauce or Tzadzuki Sauce (Yogurt Dill)
2) Chef's Selection of Chicken
Chicken Breast Stuffed with Feta,
Served with Honey Lemon Sauce
Citrus & Herb Marinated Grilled Chicken Breast
3) Marinated Grilled Top Sirloin

Tier 2 - $26.00 per person

1) Chef's Selection of Fresh Fish
Swordfish, Salmon, Ahi, Chilean Sea Bass
Served with one of the following sauces:
Lemon Dill Butter, Mango Salsa, Salsa Butter, Santa Cruz
Chile Sauce or Tzadzuki Sauce (Yogurt Dill)
2) Chef's Selection of Beef
Smoked New York Steak with Wild Turkey Buerre Sauce
Prime Rib Au Jus, served with Horseradish Sauce & Carving Station
Grilled New York Angus Steak, served with Peppercorn Demi Sauce

Tier 3 - $28.00 per person

1) Lamb Chops
Served with Jalapeno Cherry Port Jus
2) Beef Wellington

Vegetarian Selections
Just advise us of the number of vegetarians in your group and
Chef Misko will prepare a selection of menu choices.

Vegan/Eggless/Dairy Free
Sample Breakfasts:
Granola, sunflower seeds, raisins, Canola oil, seasoned with sea salt, cinnamon and sweetened only with maple syrup or fruit juice; assorted fresh fruits; bagels, whole grain breads for toast; jelly or preserves sweetened with fruit juice; soy or rice milk; assorted herbal teas, coffee in tea bag form.
Sample Luncheons:
1) Vegetable & Tofu Lasagna, Steamed Squash, Garlic Toast (no butter, use light olive oil with garlic), tossed salad, hot & iced herbal teas, light, dairy-free dessert.
2) Soft Tacos with Veggies, Black Bean soup, Tossed Salad, Iced Herbal Teas & Lemonade.
3) Felafel pockets – whole wheat pita bread with chopped lettuces & tahini sauce, humus (chickpea dip), Tabouli salad, tossed salad, iced herbal teas and lemonade.
4) Soy burgers on whole grain buns (eggless, dairy-free – if not available pre-made, there are several box mixes that are Vegan), served with lettuce, tomato garnish, onion slices, salsa & healthy ketchup; American cole slaw, tossed salad, iced herbal teas and lemonade.
Sample Dinners:
1) Chinese Stir Fry with Tofu and Veggies, Chinese Sweet & Sour Cole Slaw Salad, Kitcherie, Whole grain bread, hot and iced herbal teas, light dairy free dessert of your choice.
2) Vegetarian Shepard’s Pie, whole grain buns/breads, tossed salad, Kitcherie, light dessert, iced and hot herbal teas.
3) Thai Curried Tempeh.
